View Recreational Schedules
The recreational soccer program is open to all children from kindergarten to 8 th Grade whom reside in Warren, Watchung, Long Hill Township and Greenbrook Township. The primary goal of the program is to develop soccer skills, to foster proper attitudes toward competition and sportsmanship, to learn respect for rules, the value of teamwork, self-discipline, and the gaining of self-confidence through the improvement of their soccer skills.
Most importantly, the purpose is to provide a FUN, enjoyable and satisfying experience for all involved in the program: players, coaches, referees and parents.
The program offers an excellent opportunity to make new friends and provides a wholesome and safe environment to develop skills and get exercise. The program includes professional training for Kindergarten through 5 th grade. Divisions are organized for the children based on their grade enrollment and/or age. All programs run for roughly a 10 week period in both the fall (early-September until mid-November) and the spring (early April until mid-June).
The program also offers an opportunity for volunteers in multiple capacities. Please let us know if you would like to get involved.
