While still instructional, these divisions are meant to be more competitive.  Parent coaches in conjunction with the United Soccer Academy  (http://www.unitedsocceracademy.com/) provide weekly training sessions for every team.  Parent coaches manage the games.  Trophies and/or participation awards are distributed at the end of the season.
